Our Policies

The following polices are established to ensure that you have the best experience possible with us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We can’t wait to be a part of your special day!

- 50% of the total balance for all appointments is required before any appointment can be booked. This deposit is nonrefundable. If booking a multi service appointment, please confirm with your party the number of services that will be needed. This number will be included in the contract and final balance agreed to.

- Contact us as soon as possible in the event additional services are requested.  If we can accommodate the additional services, 50% of the additional services will be due in order to reserve the extra time needed to complete the services. If additional services are requested on the day of the event, if time allows for them, the additional services will be charged and due on the date of the event.

- The final balance for a multi service appointment is due one week prior to the event date. Gratuity is not included in the final balance and is encouraged to show appreciation to your artist.

- Appointments booked for in studio services will receive a 15 minute late grace period. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment if the client is late past this time.

- Valet fee is to be covered by the client for all artists in service if services are required downtown or at a resort. This is in addition to the travel fee.

- If the client requests that a service be redone after the original service has been completed, the full price of the original service fee will be charged on top of the original cost of the first service. Please be clear with what you desire for the outcome of the service. Time does not allow for redos.

- A $30 fee will be added to any hair service when the client requests that clip in extensions be installed by the stylist. Client must supply hair extensions. They must be 100% human hair clips ins. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use hair extensions so that we may reserve the additional time needed to install them.

- We do not blow dry hair. Please arrive to your appointment with clean and dry hair and a clean face.

- If client has very curly/springy hair and wants a smooth style, please get a blow out or straighten the hair before the appointment.

-We do not offer Hollywood Glam Waves as a hairstyle choice.

-If a client leaves the appointment expressing satisfaction with services and nothing negative, the client may not reach out later requesting a refund because they decided later they did not like the look after all. A refund will not be given. There are no exceptions to this.

-Makeup can not cover up texture, wrinkles, or large pores on the face. If the client has these skin concerns prior to appointment, we recommend starting a good skin routine under the care of a dermatologist. These conditions can not be treated overnight.

-We reserve the right to refuse makeup services to a client who has anything in the process of “healing” on the face such as extreme acne, open lesions, or active eczema. By applying the makeup to anything healing could cause an infection or make it worse. We recommend contacting a dermatologist prior to the appointment for treatment.

- Any photos taken by an artist on the day of the event can be used for their own promotional use on website, social media or any other promotional platform unless otherwise agreed upon prior to event date.

- For all appointments, please be prepared with an inspiration photo or idea ready for the artist. This will help keep everyone on schedule.

- Bridal hair and makeup trials are not required at this time but are highly encouraged. What you see that you like in a photo may not be a good match for your hair length, texture, skin tone, or eye shape. Please keep reality in mind when looking at photos on Pinterest. 99.9% of these photos are touched up and the very large hair styles used lots of extensions and probably took 2-3 hours to accomplish. We strive to set expectations accordingly.
